Total Shipping Time = Handling time + Shipment

Handling time:

All our shoes are handmade. For standard orders, we need 3~5 business to make your shoes; For customized orders, the handling time will be prolonged but we will provide an estimated finishing time.

Shipment Cost and ETA:

North America:
1. Standard shipping: Free shipping, and with valid tracking during the entire transit. Generally arrive in 15 business days after shipping.
2. Expedited shipping: $14.99 per product + $10 basic cost, handled by DHL express, provide valid tracking and ODD (on-demand delivery) services. Generally arrive in 5 business days after shipping. NOT available in DHL remote areas.

Europe:
1. Standard shipping: Free shipping, and with valid tracking during the entire transit. Generally arrive in 15 business days after shipping.
2. Expedited shipping: NOT available in the European region.

Other countries:
We can deliver to most countries, only a few countries cannot deliver, you can place an order with confidence, if it cannot be delivered, we will give you a full refund.

Customs Duties:

All product prices have included additional taxes such as tariffs, and customers only need to pay for the product.
