When will you be at service?
We are located in the time zone UTC+8, Due to time differences, we may not be able to respond immediately, but any of your inquiries will get a reply within 24 hours on business days.
When will my order be delivered?
We have warehouses in China and the USA. If you're located in the USA, products with the 'Fast Shipping To USA' mark will be delivered within 7 days. Packages shipped from China will take 12~30 days to arrive, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
We will provide a tracking number after your package been shipped so you can track it. A tracking link will also be sent to your E-mail for quick tracking.
Will you charge additional cost (duties, return, etc.)?
There won’t be any extra cost , you only have to pay for the product price and we will cover anything else.
